APPELLATE LAW: My firm concentrates on the handling of civil and criminal appeals.

The appeals and cases that I have handled have taken on a variety of issues, such as: domestic relations, real estate law, criminal law, securities fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, contract formation, jurisdictional issues and defects, corporate matters, improper jury instructions, evidentiary matters, hearsay violations and discovery issues.

The Importance of an Appeal

The final judgment at the end of your trial is not the final determination of your case. Many judgments are reversed or modified in the appellate courts. If you sincerely believe that your matter deserves the attention of an appellate practitioner, then you should seek such counsel immediately. Your case, indeed your cause, may come to a different conclusion in the higher courts.
